NewAsian Logistics Celebrates a Decade of China–New Zealand Logistics
A Decade of Commitment to Cross-Border Logistics and Continued Investment in Supply Chain Capabilities
On 31 May 2018, NewAsian Logistics (NAL) celebrated its 10th anniversary at The Wharf in Auckland. Representatives from New Zealand’s political and business communities, industry partners and distinguished guests gathered to celebrate the company’s achievements and growth over the past decade.
The celebration opened at 5:30 pm local time with a traditional Māori haka performance.
Mr Huang Yuefeng, Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in New Zealand, delivered the opening remarks and extended his best wishes for the success of the event.
Dr Jian Yang, Member of Parliament, then addressed the guests. He acknowledged the progress NewAsian Logistics (NAL) had made over the previous ten years and encouraged the company to continue strengthening its presence, expanding its services and building on its achievements.
During the event, Mr Steven Curtain, representing SF Express Overseas in Australia and New Zealand, and Mr Bin Wang, Chairman of NewAsian Logistics Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement between SF Express New Zealand and NewAsian Logistics (NAL).
The agreement marked another important milestone in strengthening NewAsian Logistics’ capabilities in cross-border logistics, last-mile delivery and the wider China–New Zealand logistics network. It also further enhanced the company’s integrated service capabilities within the New Zealand logistics market.
At the celebration, Mr Bin Wang delivered a keynote address reflecting on the vision behind the company’s establishment and reviewing the development of NewAsian Logistics (NAL) over its first ten years.
Since its establishment in 2008, NewAsian Logistics (NAL) has remained focused on cross-border logistics services between China and New Zealand. Over time, the company has developed an integrated service network covering cargo consolidation in China, international transportation, customs clearance in New Zealand and local delivery.
Supported by its own warehouses and professional teams in Guangzhou and Auckland, NewAsian Logistics (NAL) provides a comprehensive range of integrated logistics services. These include international sea freight, international air freight, freight booking, cargo consolidation, cargo inspection, palletisation, container loading, import and export customs clearance, container devanning, warehousing, pick-and-pack services, and local delivery throughout New Zealand.

The 10th anniversary represented not only a reflection on the company’s achievements, but also the beginning of a new stage of development.
